Jennifer Ekrami, P.E.
Jennifer Ekrami is the president and founder of JSE4 Engineering. She graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of California. She has over 25 years of experience working on highway and local infrastructure projects, specializing in writing special provisions, cost estimating, Complete Streets, ADA compliance, and Quality for all phases of Design.
